Nothing, no complaints at all.

We didnt see the code number on our computer and as we reached the hotel we called a number written on the board there. Someone promised to call back and help us but we had to call back as no one called us back as promised.

We loved staying in a quiet location surrounded by a forest. The hotel had great facilities including a refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the center of the city and had plenty of parking.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is located very close to Mikkeli (about 5 minutes by car) and you can reach the city center on foot in 20 minutes. It`s very comfortable to stay on one-two nights. The hotel is surrounded by pine forests, nearby is a small lake. The room has everything you need, hough there are only a microwave, no cooker.
On weekends there is no staff in hotel. We came but the door code didn`t work and 24-hour telephone service didn`t answer. Later this problem solved: we could call and they told us that there is a malfunction in the system. Then came a woman after 20 minutes and opened the door for us.

The hotel offers great value for money. With spacious rooms, free WiFi, and basic amenities like a fridge and microwave, it's perfect for a short and specific stay. The location, slightly outside the town center, provides a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful forest and stream just behind the hotel.
All was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel manager was really helpful and friendly, the room has a nice view into the woods, the room is fairly big, so for the price it's great value- breakfast in the college across the street is convenient too. Even though we didn't use the tv nor the microwave, but everything is there and well maintained.
A bit of a long walk form the station- since we arrived in the night we took a taxi which cost us 12 euros. The breakfast in the college won't be available during the weekends, so that won't be handy, maybe setting up a vending machine for some simple snacks perhaps?

Value for money! This hotel exceeded my expectations with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, slightly outside the town center, provided a peaceful environment and stunning views of the surrounding forest. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities, including free wifi and instant coffee in the rooms, added convenience. The breakfast offered a good variety and was a great start to the day.
No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

My hotel room was really big for this money. Beds were really comfortable. Also microwave and tea-pot were very useful.

Comfortable and clean room, enough space for 4 person, about 2 km from city center. Recommend to use.

The room had a microwave and a fridge which was very convenient and perfect for Easter weekend meals and snacks. the location was good for exploring nearby attractions and shopping options were not too far away. the forest views from the room were very relaxing and it was a peaceful stay overall.
The check-in process was quite confusing and difficult to understand. Getting the room access code via email was not as straightforward as it seemed, and it took a long time to figure out how to enter the codes correctly.

Clean room, enough space for 2 adults and a baby, additional sofa for 2 more. Not expensive in comparison with other finnish hotels.
Hotel configuration is very specific- all coridors our outside like big balkony, thus room door is outdoor to the street on all floors. Not cosy during the winter. Just code locks.
